We really encourage participants to stay the three nights at the Camp and eat meals together to build a community of learning. Please bring your own djembe or dundun to the Camp. See FAQ’s for renting a drum.

Prices listed below are APPROXIMATE and per person. We are finalizing prices and will update by March 2026. Prices include: seven 2-hour lessons taught by Bolokada, Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch for 9 meals total served community style and 3 nights lodging at Glorieta Adventure Camp. Additional classes taught by local instructors (watch for details). Limited number of dunduns will be made available.

2. Register at Glorieta Adventure Camp by clicking the button below. This will take about 5 minutes and you can select a payment plan. The prices are as listed above and include the lesson package. BoloCamp is a secular gathering and we welcome all beliefs and non-beliefs.

1. Please read all the steps below carefully to register and choose your lodging. .
2. Use this link or the button above to register for BoloCamp. It will take you to the Glorieta BoloCamp page in a new tab. Type in your email (same as above) and the requested info to create your account. If you were at BoloCamp 2024, you should already have an account.
3. Fill in your information (mailing address etc.)
4. Select who will attend (Me). Here you can add an immediate family member to your room. Note that if you want to share a room with a friend or room-mate, only one person needs to book the room. Both of you need to register (steps 2 – 6 and 8). You will then share the costs of the room between yourselves. The other person will not need to book a room (just click ‘next’ on the lodging page). Glorieta does not offer the option of paying 1/2 for the room upon registration.
5. On the next page you will need to sign the waiver. If the waiver does not load, just click ‘next’ and it will show up.
6. On the next page you can choose if you like gluten free meals (at small extra cost). Gluten free is the only allergy they cater to. The kitchen is peanut free. There is a prep station for anyone who needs to bring extra food.
7. Then select your lodging. You will be able to view all available rooms and select which one you’d like: “Hall of States floor 2” is for single/double rooms (price is the same); “Thunderbird C” is for dorm rooms; All rooms have a bathroom. Here floor 1 is for female, floor 2 is for male. “RV Park floor 1” is for RV with full hook-ups.
8. Then you can choose a payment plan. If you register by September 14, you get the Early Bird discount of $60. Type “BoloEarly2025” into the Field called “Promo Code” then press “Apply Promo”. There are 4 payment options – full payment, monthly payments, 3 equal payments, and custom. As long as payments are received in full by September 24, we’re good! 
9. Keep in mind, we have a 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made on October 8 or later. There is a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made on October 2 through 7. Cancelations made on or before October 1 will result in full refund minus $10.
